Unfortunately the canvas was unworkable, many squares unidentifiable. The companies policy is to not issue full refunds, even with damaged goods. Would not recommend this company.

Tge item was nothing like the picture. Not large stones but tiny little dots. Very disappointed.

I purchased a framed pearl painting it arrived damaged. I notified company with picture, first offered discount I declined, told damage inevitable on long haul. Then told to purchase sandpaper, wood filler and acrylic paint and repair it myself. They Refused replacement or refund as damage minimal in their eyes. Eventually told I could return it at my expense then they may refund me. That would leave me out of pocket for receiving a damaged item that they inadequately packaged. Would I recommend them NO they seriously need to look at there practice.

I have not received the parcel yet

The crystal art is blurry, you cannot make out any of characters and does not look like the picture online, very very dissapointed
