Renewing my British passport was so incredibly easy. First of all, I didn't have to chop and crop the photo - just a simple pic against a light wall was all that was needed. I also loved that after I paid my renewal fee - emails came IN ORDER. Do this - and then another email with Do that. Didn't have to leave the house throughout the whole process - DHL even came to pick up and drop off. Really great - thankyou.

A very short turnaround time from applying for a renewal of my British Passport on the 29th of December 2023 at HM Passport Office online to receiving my new passport on the 17th of January 2024 as a British Citizen living in Germany including a great service with simple instructions step by step. For this good work it would have been 5 stars but due to the large increase in pricing 4 stars only ;-)
