What I thought might be a difficult and lengthy process from the other side of the world , was indeed very straightforward . Questions asked were replied to promptly , allowing for the time difference . Thank you .

We had avoided renewing our UK passports after living back in NZ for some time - 2 needed renewing, 1 was lost and 1 had never been applied for.
