Beautiful light. Arrived on time.

They are beautiful. They were packed very well and arrived as expected.

The chandelier I ordered came just as I expected and was delivered on time. It came heavily packaged in a crate to protect the glass and it’s so beautiful.

We purchased Arcachones Led Round Chandelier 48" × 1 and had issues with not working and lighting color etc,. Customer service was very responsive and ensured all concerns were resolved… would certainly recommend ulamps to my friends…

My Ulamp contact was Chany. He was very responsive to all my questions prior to ordering the pendants as well as helping me take care of an issue following the installation. One of the pendants didn’t fit properly. I followed his suggestions to reinstall it properly and when this didn’t work he promptly arranged for a new one to be shipped which took care of the problem.

Ulamps.com and their product are fantastic. I love my new pendant lights. I had an issue in the beginning and Chany with customer service did everything possible to help me figure out the problem. Chany went above and beyond what was expected, they even came up with scenarios for my electrician to troubleshoot. In the end we determined that the Iotty smart switch had to have a dimmer module installed for proper function.
