Nice lamps but delivery and service subpar.
The lamps took longer to arrive than projected. After I had them installed, the electrician advised that they should have come with a carabiner due to their weight to be safely installed. I reached out to the company to inquire about this, but never received a response.

We apologize, but since the crystal is handmade to order by RH's supplier, shipping is slower. However, I checked our emails and did not see any request for a replacement carabiner. You can review our previous correspondence—we respond to all emails within hours.
