Ordered a month ago , lost at usps ,will not send a new light kit, and no refund until usps claim is finished
Response from Ultra Bright Lightz· Aug 19, 2024
A little confused by this review since a refund was issued to the customer before USPS had an opportunity to review the claim. There is a chance that the customer will now receive a product at no charge since once a claim is filed there is a good chance that USPS will find the package and deliver it

Fast delevery light works great. The only suggestion I could give is that instructions should be included. Had to phone for instructions.
