They were of great help, quick to respond and really take the time to come up with personal appeals for pokemon go. I mean we still have to see if i get unbanned but for what its worth they really did a great job

The people handling the cases are brilliant. I didn't have high hopes in the beginning of the service to be fare. But after a few tickets they convinced me that it was a winnable case and pushed me on. The people are professional and kind.

Apart from Epic Games not unbanning me thus far the customer service has been great and extremely friendly i hope that i will eventually get unbanned with the help of this service though as far as that goes i dont have very high hopes since my case is a bit different, if youre a new buyer or deciding to buy i would definantly give it a shot since the cheapest package is only 30 bucks and can get you a far way

Finding people who try to help you with a problem is gratifying. This is what the Unbanster contributors did to me, of course the problem is still not solved but that is another matter. Anyway, thanks to them.
