I don't recall who I spoke to but it…
I don't recall who I spoke to but it was a female customer service person. When I told her I wanted to order something that I ordered recently and the price went up 63% from $24 to $34.99 and that I live on a fixed disability income of $20k and that I really like/need the item but can't afford it at the new price, she gave me a coupon code which helped me immensely.

Great transaction
Great transaction! I was looking for a BOSU ball training poster. Not only was this one of only two sites I was able to find it on, but it also had the best price. Quickly delivered in a crush-proof tube. I absolutely recommend them.
