Its not that anything went wrong. I didn't realize this service does not allow for texting. The business I am in texting option is very important. Also, the connection when using this number is very spotty or unreliable. When doing outreach to can customers this can make you miss out on a deal. I would just like to see the service improve.

Martha was very helpful and patient. I am not good at technology and she helped me. I appreciated that.

Everything I wish you guys would update and have submenu's I would come back in a heartbeat
