No tracking
Y'all are great, except for the fact you don't automatically provide tracking information for a shipment. I understand you will provide such for a $10 fee, but it really should be at no cost. It also seems the length of time for you to fulfill an order of a medication produced in Canada is excessive.

Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that we do not have much control the shipping time from the post office. Our shipping time is up to 5-6 weeks. We do have tracking number upon request to keep our price affordable to our customers.
