I was skeptical at first but I read review after review and researched this company. They have superb customer service. They keep you updated on the entire process. I received my payment within one day after they received my jewelry and appraised it. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to all.

I really love the Unvault platform. They make it possible to log your inventory and they also give you an estimate on what the piece may be worth if you choose to sell with them. Be aware of the fact that they have far more advanced testing capabilities then we do "the average joe's" and as such the estimate on your jewelry will more then likely be different then what they originally estimate your piece to be worth via the AI Tool they utilize when you first input your piece into your inventory profile. When/if you choose to send it in for a physical evaluation/offer. They have great customer service, responsive and professional. The piece I have sold with them was accurately estimated and the offer was fair and comparable to what I had researched the value of the piece to be prior to selling it to them.
