So far I have bought barcodes from them twice. Both times it was a good experience... The first time I had a question and they answered. The second time I just bought and downloaded. Simple as that. I like them.

Solid product and working codes. Support could be faster, but happy with my purchase.

I was critical of this company because Amazon refused to accept my UPC codes, but I went through the Amazon process and was able to get them to accept the codes with no issues. UPCs.com has a faq that helps you through the process. Their support is very friendly and kind. If I need more codes for Amazon then I will go back to them. Be sure to register your codes at the free bar code registry barcodelookup.com.

All like. Very quik and very quolity service. The only problem it is the missing on the International Barcodes Database page

Overall the product is good and I will definitely buy it again, but the customer service response takes 15 minutes to get back to me via email.
