I had to reinstall Partition Master since I hadn't use the software since upgrading/repairing my computer but when I attempted to activate the software it returned an invalid key error. I contacted EaseUS via their LiveChat on their website. The response was quick (within a minute or two). The support agent, Ewan, was able to validate that the key i had was no longer working. After requesting my purchase reference number, in i which promptly supplied, he was able to reset my license key at gave me new one. My issue was fix in 5 minutes or less.

Software that just works. Powerful but easy to use. Above all their support is excellent. When I needed help getting the licence onto a new PC , their support engineer Ewan came back to me very quickly on chat and resolved my issue without fuss. I would definitely recommend EaseUS for the quality of their software and support.
