This agent Vaslii was a miracle worker! I had lost all hope of getting these birthday pictures back, but he or she was so knowlegeable about the software! He was able to take control of my computer and find the images that I thought were gone! I am so grateful!! Really I am over joyed. These pictures are pricless to me, and now no more worries! Yeah

The trial version is useless
The trial version is useless, if you need to recover data from an encrypted drive they offer you a remote service, linking in the support chat for a preliminary payment of 900 USD. I was not happy with this unclear method, if they also have this type of service that they expose it clearly and not with a link in chat.
