I had the issue of my SanDisk Extreme Pro 2TB SSD suddenly fail to read on my MacBook recently after 6 months of use. I did my research and found out it is an ongoing issue and lawsuit with these certain drives and I wasn't the only one dealing with this! EaseUS was found by a YouTube video when I searched about problems with this SSD on Google. Thankfully, I reached out through chat support and they were well aware of this issue and helped me as well as others in using their data recovery software to access the SSD and get my files back! I'm currently recovering 2TB of potentially lost files and transferring to a new HD thanks to the support of the engineer and EaseUS for saving the day, and my job! Thanks again EaseUS!
