I contacted customer support before making the purchase to ask for some information, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their answers were clear, precise, and thorough, which gave me confidence to proceed with the order. Update: After some difficulty obtaining the product I was interested in due to it being out of stock, I finally managed to get it (UColor Apex – 19-inch 4K UHD QLED 144Hz monitor). After nearly a month of use, I can say that, so far, the product is solid and performs well. I mainly use it connected to a PS5 for FPS games. While it’s not suitable for competitive play due to the 9 ms input lag, it’s an excellent compromise for achieving 120 FPS at 4K, even when away from home. The design and build quality are excellent. The price is high for this type of product, but for those who, like me, need a portable display with these features, it’s currently the best option available on the market.

Hallo, hab mir letztes Jahr einen Touchscreen Monitor von Uperfect bei Amazon gekauft und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Klare Bilder und Farbwiedergabe, gute Reaktionszeiten, 10 Punkt-Multi-Touch-Technologie, mit Ständer und einfacher Anschluss, mit vielen Geräten kompatibel. Support und E-Mail werden in kurzer Zeit behandelt und beantwortet. ich werde mir noch einen zweiten Monitor bestellen. Ist zum Empfehlen.

Uperfect has good quality monitors at a nice price point and size and I've had a good experience with customer support. I purchased a monitor that did not fit my needs and when contact with customer support, we discussed various options until we found a solution that worked with me and the company.
