I haven't received the product yet, but the process of ordering the orthotics was thorough. I like that it asked extra questions about medical conditions and that there was open space for you to tell about your experience with orthotics and problems that you have. It made me feel more secure that the orthotics would be good.

Since receiving my insoles I have seen a complete turn around with my foot pain. As an athlete I am on my feet constantly and my insoles provide the comfort I need. I 10/10 recommend getting custom insoles for all athletes.
