The foam in the mold box seemed old and brittle sent it in today I hope it works or send me a new mold thanks James jarvis

Thank you for your review. Our impression kits are never old and always have a fast turnover rate. If we ever had a problem with an impression, the customer would be notified immediately, and a new impression kit would be shipped.
