So the orthotic wasnt quite right at first and they worked with me to get it right. Everyone was kind, and now they fit perfectly.

I have been having pain in my feet and a friend suggested orthotics. I found Upstep and ordered. I took pictures of my shoes and was excited to receive them. I was most interested in getting them for my boots, since I work on five acres of property and on my feet most of the day. When I received them, they didn't fit my boots and I was really disappointed, but they did fit my slippers and another pair of tennis shoes. I saw results immediately but wondered about my boots. I tried to find another pair of boots, but I have so much trouble fitting my foot, I have not been successful finding a new pair of boots. Then Ryan from Upstep responded with a solution for getting orthotics to fit my boots and after getting some specific measurements I have them now for my boots. What a difference it has made. I don't understand how it works but it does and my feet feel so much better. Thank you Ryan and thank you Upstep. What a relief!!
