Mary was my customer service representative and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few months ago began getting foot pain after long hours at work- so I decided to try the Upsteps out after reading reviews. They had a 2 pair sale at the time, and that made it worth it to me. Turns out, I was diagnosed with overpronation and plantar fasciitis by a podiatrist .(and 5 days later my Upsteps arrive) I received my tracking email ; and this is where Mary comes in. I was worried now that they may not be comparable with the new shoes I went and spent $300 on because I needed immediate relief- but she explained to me that everything was going to be just fine! And it sure was!

Very professional. I have used their orthotics for years. They take some getting used to at first but they provide great support. High quality work. They also provide exercises to help with foot issues you may be having. I’m using them again and would recommend them.

Mary did a wonderful job understanding my situation. Upstep has always had great customer service. Thank you for that!!
