Avoid at all costs. Ordered a bike got a receipt of payment emailed. Heard nothing else until I contacted them a week later. After reading reviews which I should have done before ordering I ask for a full refund and not to send the bike and also not to tell me it was already posted as I new it hadn't been. Suprise surprise I get a tracking number 20mins later. It was to be delivered in 2 days time. Took the day off work 2 days later as was told it needed signed for. 6 days later still no bike. Rang DHL how were supposed to be delivering the bike to be told it was delivered. Told the person that it certainly had not been as I have CCTV on my door. After double checking it turns out I was just given a random tracking number for a parcel they had sent to Reading I live in Northern Ireland. So avoid avoid avoid. Have ordered from another company who posted same day.

Absolute disgrace! Bought an ebike for my grandsons birthday and it does not work....even though the battery is fully charged it does not turn on! Written numerous emails no response....I am thinking of getting a lawyer involved as this company is totally fraudulent and we are seriously out of pocket for a totally useless bike. Absolutely totally useless customer service and a big con.DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I bought two e bikes from this company on 9/17/26 through Amazon that were to be delivered on 9/21/26. After checking the tracking, the order was still in California on 9/21/26 and I live in NY. The order would not be delivered until 9/25/26 when I would be out of town. After canceling the order, ONE bike was delivered on 9/25/26 instead of TWO even though the order was canceled. Customer service is horrendous

I purchased a 750 watt 20" fat tire 28 mi. per hour T2 w/ tan wall tires. Had it 6 months has been a wonderful experience. I get compliments everywhere i go, am asked where did i get it? It arrived in 2 weeks, was easy to assemble few items that needed attached. I absolutely love this bike!

THIS COMPANY IS DISGRACEFUL! THE E.BIKE WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY NO REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Took my order and money then cancelled my order.… didn’t even contact me to say why….then put the price up on each bike £90……rubbish……

EBike bestellt, hält sich nicht an Lieferzeiten, auf Anfragen gibt es keinerlei Rückmeldung des Verkäufers. Musste mir mehrfach unbezahlte urlaubstage nehmen, da dieser Verkäufer über die noch schlechtere Firma fedex versendet, beide sind unterirdisch. Für das Geld was mich diese Aktion gekostet hat kann man sich ein elektro dacia kaufen. Es ist bis heute nicht angekommen, keine ahnung wo es sich zu zeit befindet. Werde mich melden ob es ankommt und ob ich mir dafür ein größeres eauto hätte kaufen können. Von beiden Firmen finger weg.

My bike got delivered and it turns out it was banned at the border by uk customs for having a dangerous charger! I opened the box and it just so happens the charger is the one that is banned! ( Same serial number on Gov UK wbsite) now I am waiting for seller to respond and have a massive box in my doorway which I can't move! The bike and charger are deemed a serious fire hazard! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
