I haven't spoken to anyone directly, so I can't comment on direct customer service. That said, I have had no negative experiences only positive ones with chat online.

I have had several of Bilt Labs Orthotics made and I have been extremely happy with their quality and fit. I spend most of my day on my feet. Highly recommend

These products are excellent
These products are excellent! I am about to purchase my 3rd set and the total cost of those three is less than my first (and only) purchase from my podiatrist! I am extremely pleased with the product and the speed of the service!

I love these custom insoles!
I love these custom insoles. I’m on my feet 12+ hours a day and they have been a game changer. Before I got them I had such intense pain, I thought I was injuring my feet from being on them so much. Now, I can get through my day without pain.

This a wonderful product
This a wonderful product. I was having a lot of foot pain before I started using there orthotic, but no more! Even after long runs my feet feel great!
