Good service and fast delivery

No issues- I got exactly what I needed to make my table functional. I asked customer service first to confirm the part.

Living in Azizona ping pong tables dont last long outside. Tired of replacing them every couple of years I decided on buying one that would last. That was about ten years ago. Siting out in the sun it looks like it did the day I bought it. Awesome table!

Delivery was as promised. The only gripe is that while I was deciding which table to buy the sale ended. I asked if they would honor the sale price since it had just ended the week before and they said no, but they would throw in a set of four paddles. I agreed, but then the table arrived and there were only two paddles. Otherwise the table is fine. The written directions have small, hard-to-read pictures, but the video instructions online are very nice and clear and helpful. EDIT: After I posted this review, I got an email saying they were sending two more paddles. Excellent customer service! I am revising my review from 4 stars to 5.

Customer service the way it used to be!! Top notch. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I could not navigate their web site, and a simple phone call was answered quickly and she helped me fill me order in no time, and had a work-around for a backordered item.

I needed to replace a net on a table that was purchased several years ago. I was nervous about re-fitting the parts but the team at Cornilleau emailed with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed. I am grateful that our family is now back at the ping-pong table!
