The online ordering process was easy! However, I made a mistake on the shipping and their customer service representative was helpful in correcting my error. My order arrived promptly and in good order. So, I can only give the company "high" marks!

I order a cook top form your company…
I order a cook top form your company need it really bad but here it is 8 days since I ordered it and I have not even gotten an email with a shipping date or any information.
