Barb was great to work with! We were set up with the right purifier for our space and have seen a measurable difference in our warehouse. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our next purifier.

Website said all units where in stock and would ship within 14 days from Canada location. However, there was no units in stock and units where drop shipped from manufacture. I PAID an extra $50 per unit ($250/total) from other quoted distributors due to the fact that your website posted inventory and shipping claims as stated. Very misleading and I lost money using this company.

Sorry for the confusion, Nate. Feel free to reach out to us to see if leadtimes have changed. We do explain on our site that we are drop shippers. With COVID some of our suppliers do have extended leadtimes. We have even brought some units in house to reduce these leadtimes. Again feel free to reach out via email or phone to check on any leadtimes. We are happy to help.

During the pandemic, filters for our air purifiers were hard to find. Barb did her best to get us our filters in a timely manner, but her supplier was not shipping as promised. Barb did her utmost to keep us aprised of progress of the order, which we ultimately did receive!

Thank you for your feedback, Susan. Yes, the pandemic has sent many hurdles for us from suppliers, supply chains, and carriers. However, we do our best to keep clients updated of their orders and avoid any delays we can control.
