Quick and easy

You will pay more to use this site than to just go to your post office. 168 bucks to send you papers and when you get to post office you will then have to pay same amount for passport. Nothing was done beside take picture and that’s only 15 bucks at post office. Money spent for nothing

I’ve been attempting to get my passport for roughly a month now. They WILL NOT message you via text nor call to let you know theirs an issue with the passport. Instead they send you an outdated email and expect you to check it daily for updates. Here we go on round 3? 4? of ‘we need a photo’ but even a closed window is too much to handle. Shall update as we continue the process on this pinnacle of the US systems system.

Fraud, Clearly misrepresents it advertising to make you believe you're paying for your actual passport when you're paying $250+ for a application you can get for free.
