Easy to use ordering process
Easy to use ordering process. Seemingly good quality of items. Informative website. Just a bit too pricey, in my opinion.

I got my order really fast
I got my order really fast. I paid extra to have a therapist call me and ask question which they did not, so I would like my money back.

Received all items ordered promptly
Received all items ordered promptly. Also purchased ESA letter and met with Dr quickly. Had to send 3-4 reminders to physician to get paperwork sent but finally received 3 weeks later. USA service dog site was easy to navigate and was pleased with all items.

A bit expensive, even without opting to have a licenced doc, write the letter.
