Easy to order on line. Good follow up from staff. Information was useful and easy to understand. Timely delivery. Dog ID tag is a little large, but our dog is big, so no real problem. Will order a tag soon. Would recommend to all.

Hi overall everything has been fine with the order just when I got on the plane they made me pay for him even though I had his service dog papers I thought he was allowed free on plane I don’t understand why they charged me for him even with his papers stating he’s allowed with no charge on plane

Hello Mabel, sorry to hear about this issue. If I may ask what airline did you use? It's possible you got an agent who wasn't totally aware of the law. Additionally, international airlines are not bound by US law with respect to service dogs.
