The process was so easy to complete. So very thankful that there are programs such as this. I needed a little help from customer service about getting the names right for the registration and they were so quick to respond and so very helpful and friendly!!

the tags sent were not correct for the…
the tags sent were not correct for the way we registered. he is a service dog, and the ID says this but the tags for the collar indicate ESA. Sadly disappointed.
