Great company and transparent. So it was an easy process and the rep that I worked with Robert was very informative about how everything worked. The response time from him was adequate. The only thing I did not like was how they start taking the payments right away from you. They should give a grace period of two weeks before they start taking the daily payments. Also the fees are taking out right away as well for the transfer of funds, but I understand why now. Thank you US FUND SOURCE!

So far so good. Would like to see how it all works out and how they process their refinance options. Straightforward when speaking with rep and underwriting.
