All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.

The worst service that you could possibly pay for. Biggest waste of money ever. Completely useless service when you're in a panic and need help quickly. Also nice to see that you delete and block reviews on your Facebook page that don't match the false narrative you've created. I am just one of many in my area who have had the worst time trying to use you guys in a break down. Thankfully, I've switched to Trail Guard and turned all my friends onto them as well.
