Browser Incompatubility - Google Search & Email
Issue was with Google Search & Email browser incompatibility. After checking several settings, he cleared my cookies which cleared the issues.

I was connected with a tech support agent who spoke English! Short call back period, fast response. Knowledgeable of apps as well as operating system, a pleasure to work with. John cleared up several longstanding issues as well as fixing my problem.
