PC Problem Solved!
I had a problem on my PC that I couldn't figure out. Jon at System Mechanic took the reins and quickly solved it. He was easy to understand, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the help and confidence…
I appreciate the help and confidence received from this company. Security is number one and then the operations they preformed to keep my computer running clean and faster. advice at the end of our session helped me to understand what I should be doing to take care of my computer and it's security. thank you for always being there when needed.

This was my first experience with US Tech Support and it was great. The gentleman was very courteous, and helpful. Thank you from an older lady doing her best with this computer stuff. I feel a little safer now.

Yes they are the best I have been a client for many years and it is a real value, they care and make sure your problems get solved. I recommend them as a 11 lol the best. No hundred bucks an hour as some tech charge to come to your home.
