I am very frustrated with Uteach. It makes no sense to upgrade plan, make it more expensive and remove features such as third-party integrations. This stops email integrations with students. I have been lucky to have a responsive customer service but they are also helpless. The difference between one plan to the other is a jump of 30$ a month 49-79-199/ mon.

I, like many others, purchased a "lifetime" subscription to UTeach back when they were young. Fast forward and they significantly reneged on what they sold. It has been my experience that when a company lacks ethics, it tends to permeate. So just be aware that if you spend lots of time effort and money developing courses on this platform, they MAY decide that you are due for a price increase and maybe a significant price increase. Caveat emptor!!!

No refund No lifetime access! They promised lifetime access and did not honor. They do not refund. Do NOT use Uteach.

I used to think online teaching would be complicated, but this platform transformed my perspective entirely. Best part is, I can handle everything in one place. I’m amazed at how quickly I adapted!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! They promised lifetime access and did not honour it and would not provide a refund. The new “lifetime plan” they shifted is on is hardly functions which is very evident that was the intent so we are forced to pay for an upgrade. They are also now taking 10% commission. This is not what was promised and not what I paid for. I Customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE. BEYOND UNETHICAL COMPANY.

There are MANY options available for learning management platforms - and I would advise you to steer clear of Uteach. This company does not value maintaining trust and relationships with their customers. The terms and conditions under which I signed up (and purchased additional tools) got completely changed. Go with a reputable company that has consistently demonstrated over time that they value the people who invest in them. This is NOT a people-centered company.

I am very deceive by what Uteach have done to the Life Time Deal offer of their services, it was a fake promise, not a trustful company.
