I purchased the washed vintage denim jeweled pants and it's an absolutely great looking pair. Getting pricing/shipping time out of the way I believe it came in a bit slow, but worth the wait, and with the discount I think I got a bit of a deal, spending about $49 for it. It's been a conversation piece and works well with an altered Y2K style. 🔥🔥🔥 Fire piece and one of my proudest purchases. Some say it's cheesy or for boys- so it's not for everyone. It's pretty much as shown in the ad. Be wary; Some gems will come off over time, no matter how well you treat the pair- but that's to be expected with bedazzled fashion from what I've been told. My only complaint (this is why we're down a star) is that the back brand patch immediately frays and falls apart all over the edges. I put this as instructed on a delicate cold cycle and flat air dried it out. ONE WASH is all it took for the patched to rip up and deform. The benefactor is that the patch is rather easy to remove if not desired; regardless it's sewn in and therefore worth mentioning.

I have several pieces and plan on purchasing more. Shirt is amazing detail and quality, shorts are 1 of a kind, and socks are authentically different. On top of that I’ve received every order in 3 days. 100% recommended

To whom it may concern I purchased a pair of jeans that needed to be returned back for another pair of jeans. I received a gift card store credit which I was ok with because I were able to purchase another pair of jeans same price however this company canceled my order and I never heard anything back on my order. No direct number and no updates on emails about my order this is ridiculous and disheartening because this was my son’s senior picture outfit he was looking forward to I don’t know what else to do but I’m very piss off because I emailed them everyday, so I wanted to write a poor review on this company. Please respond back

I’m rating Valabasas a 5star rating because there was a mistake with my original order, and I reached out Valabasas and left the email left a text message left a voice message and the owner reached back out to me the next day at a timely manner in an appropriate time and immediately made things right. He went above and beyond just to make sure everything was corrected,

Listen. If you’re a parent, you already know that when you have a vision for your child’s birthday outfit, there is no Plan B! My son turns 3 this Friday, and I had been staring at a pair of Valabasas shorts sitting in my cart like they were going to magically order themselves. When I finally got serious, I realized time was NOT on my side. So I called customer service. I left a voicemail expecting the usual “We’ll get back to you within 24-48 business days, after consulting the moon and stars.” Instead, I got a call back within the hour from an actual human being named Junior. Not a robot. Not an automated system. Not a chatbot pretending to care. A real person. I explained my situation. As a seasoned online shopper, I know “3-4 day shipping” and “3-4 day processing” are cousins, not twins. Sometimes your package spends a week thinking about shipping before it actually leaves the warehouse. I told Junior my son’s birthday was coming up and I was trying to make this outfit happen. Before I could even ask for a favor, he said: “I got you.” And he meant it. This man covered the expedited shipping, told me to place the order, send him the order number, and within no time I had tracking information and confirmation that my package was on the way. I literally cried. Not ugly cried. But definitely stared at my phone with watery eyes wondering why customer service had suddenly become a faith-based experience.I always tell people, “When you look for God in everything, you’ll find Him in All things concerning you”! The quality of Valabasas has always been A1. My son has worn Valabasas for his birthdays before, and the pieces always hit. But this experience reminded me that great brands aren’t just built on products—they’re built on people. In an economy where we’re all carefully choosing where our dollars go, Valabasas has earned mine again and again. Well… technically my son’s father’s dollars this time. But still. The point stands. If you want quality clothing and customer service that treats you like a person instead of an order number, shop with Valabasas. Junior, if you see this, thank you for helping bring a mama’s birthday vision to life. Over two weeks ago, I purchased an item from Valabasas, and it was never delivered. I was later informed that the delivery had been rejected and that the item would be returned. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted customer service through email, live chat, and social media, but I have received little to no response. The tracking now shows that the item has been returned, yet I have neither received my order nor a refund. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I am requesting that Valabasas either reship my item immediately or issue a full refund without further delay. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious before purchasing, as resolving issues appears to be very difficult once an order encounters a problem.

Do not order from this website! Merchandise was stolen from someone in the Memphis warehouse but they blamed it on UPS! Did not receive a refund my order was almost $200 they only gave a $100 gift card .. who wants a gift card when u don’t know if whatever u order will even make it. I’m pretty sure they will be having a class action lawsuit soon
