I've place an order for Vallore™ Omen De Parfum × 1 Obsidian on October 5th. I'm still waiting for the order which has been in transit for 14 days. I'm not sure what's going on but I check on the site for tracking and it says that It's departed from Los Angeles station on October 15, Time 16:52 I was really looking forward to it however, Vallore has been responsive to my inquiries. Update:Oct 29th I changed my stars from 5 to one. If it were a way I could give a zero, that'll be quite nice. "How do you define a business that starts to allegedly send for a package that's from Shenzen/Hong Kong, then transports to Los Angeles, Onward to someone named Katie Lanigan in Upland,CA which has no business at all, Then back to Los Angeles and finally after 17 days to Las Vegas? They sent me SOCKS!!!! Pretty Sketchy to me. I asked for a refund and they said the same exact thing they sent me the first time. I filled for a transaction dispute so i can get my money back. This company needs to end ASAP. I do not recommend them at all. If you want the parfum/cologne they sell, Try the Tik Tok Shop. Way more reasonable and trustworthy. Hope this helps someone from getting scammed. Thank you.

Never received my package

Order 2 bottles 1- bourbon and 1 obsidian, 1 mini optimizer with 2 free gifts for $79.99 and after a long wait, I received 2 obsidian and nothing else. Reached out to Vallore and havent gotten a response nor an RMA to return merchandise for a refund. They are definitely scammmers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ ORDERING FROM THESE CROOKS. Been trying to dispute sine Aug/Sept and still have gotten situation rectified.
