I like that I can get a big quantity for a great value especially when there’s an added coupon. I like that they’re thick and absorb well but I would like them to be bigger/ longer

Bully sticks…
I ordered 100 of the medium bulky sticks and then I decided to buy 50 the large bully sticks and when they arrived, they weee mostly the same size as the medium sticks!! I sent an inquiry to the value pet support and all they had to say is that they are rated by weight and did nothing about it, I even sent pics in of the packages and sticks as a comparison!!! I have 6 dogs and purchase a lot of Billy sticks from y’all but I will now change and look for another source for bully sticks since value pets just dismissed my concerns…….. not very service oriented when I am a good customer and I even give referrals.
