Website was easy to navigate My orders have been packaged properly and delivered right on time. I am new to the peptide process. Still trying to figure out timing and dosage for these products and what works best for me. I haven’t used their customer service support yet because i haven’t had a problem.

I’ve ordered 5 different times and have tried other research brands for overall customer service and help by the team especially Kenzie Kramer Values head of support i have got nothing but good to say about her follow up she has helped me several times when confusion on my part resulted in not receiving part of my order see they run a special buy 2 get 1 free promotion and i didn’t put the items in my cart just assumed they automatically included them anyways it was a couple hundred dollars of materials that i didn’t get because of my own fault but Kenzie helped me by sending them at a later time when she could have easily denied it as my own fault and another time she helped me with recovering a digital credit to my account I can say i feel the same effect from these materials as other companies i have tried and overall value brand is very helpful and quick to deliver Thanks Kenzie and value brand
