Vast.aiReviews of vast.ai

Amazing company especially the super fast support by Chris!!

I was assisted by Marco, from the vast.ai support team, and it was a wonderful experience. He guided me through troubleshooting some issues and was patient and very knowledgeable.

I had an issue in which my machine simply went offline after 10 days and $1,000 dollars spent to generate ~500GB of data. Christopher McKenzie, from costumer assistance, was incredibly proactive in coordinating with the remote host so that I could recover my data. In the end, he was able to have it uploaded to an S3 bucket so that I could have access to it. I had never had such active support from a company. It took a few days and he would constantly check in with me, update me about the progress and discuss possible options. After this experience I'm pretty sure Vast will have my back when I need it.
