No delivery even though tracking says it should have been delivered Business takes no responsibility for lost/undelivered merchandise

Paket angeblich an mich zu gestellt, war aber nachweisbar nicht zu Hause. Keine Ahnung wo das Paket nun ist. Keine Karte im Briefkasten und auch nicht in den Nachbarhäusern abgegeben worden. eBay Händler machen es sich sehr einfach dieses Portal zu nutzen. Der Kunde hat das nachsehen, weil nichts wirklich nachvollziehbar ist.

Be aware that VDTrack are not a courier - they just hide the real courier behind a virtual tracking number and lose interest when things go wrong. Yesterday I received a message from VDTrack telling me my parcel had been delivered to my letterbox, except it hadn’t - I have cctv and a sensor on the postbox that logs deliveries. I contacted VDTrack but they just repeated the same information that I already had on the delivery message and told me to take it up with the seller. The seller eventually extracted a photo of the delivery postbox, which was a very nice one, but sadly not mine. Still awaiting my parcel …….

Den einen Stern gibt es weil der MA die Strasse gefunden hat. Das Paket wurde im Nachbarhaus in irgendeinem Briefkasten reingesteckt. Danke an die ehrliche Nachbarin die den Job von VD track gemacht hat und bei mir geklingelt hat um mir mein Paket zu geben.

The delivery said today, between 6:45 and 8:45 pm The lights were on my porch, and I waited for them.. NO DELIVERY was ATTEMPTED, I Think your Delivery person is not truthful at all.. so now its back at the place it was this morning.. I have no idea when your delivery will be now? Its Sunday tomorrow and Columbus day Monday.. And what crappy delivery service delivers that late in the day anyway? Not impressed with your service..

It said delivery due today (3 days ago) and then no further update and no reply to any messages enquiring about it. No update for 3 days and no attempted delivery.
