I have for many years been a subscriber to Vector Security for The Montgomery Senior Apartments in Skillman, NJ. When I purchased my home in Tidewater Virginia for eventual retirement, I knew what my home security choice would be. I have been immensely pleased with the thoroughness of the monitoring and with the exception of only one technician, pleased with the on site services received at my home as well.

I am pleased with the service....would recommend it to anyone.

We have had very few problems over the years with our equipment, however, we think they should offer a service contract where you get the monitoring plan plus charge a small fee to include parts and labor per month if anything goes wrong plus a credit for autopay. Just a thought.

A security company must be reliable. Vector is. A bit on the expensive side, but we are happy.

I have had the alarm go off a couple of times due to my glass breakage sensor. My bird seems to set it off. They are very responsive to the alarm when it goes off, I would say 10 - 15 seconds the phone rings and it is response center. Keep up the good work. When I have an issue with the alarm someone is always ready to help me, either on the phone or a tech person comes to the house.
