Buyers beware!!
Buyers beware!!! My investment property went into foreclosure and I was trying to contact someone within the company to obtain a reinstatement amount and got nothing but the run around. They took the house back and removed all of the walls. The address is 3231 Amhurst dr nw Atlanta ga. Please don’t get caught like we did!

We think this may be intended for a different company. Velocity Capital Group funds small businesses by purchasing future receivables. We do not finance real estate and we do not service mortgages, so a reinstatement quote and a foreclosure are not things that would come from us.
