Customer service and product quality are awesome!!!
First off, when dealing with customer service, they were polite and responded promptly. I was lucky enough to be in contact with the same woman every time. She was knowledgeable about the products and processes. The quality of my purchase was beyond my expectations and the realism is unbelievable. Since, it was a custom fabrication, it shipped from overseas. It still arrived within the timeframe specified. I would definitely order from this company again.

Reliable seller with great service
I ordered from Venus Love Dolls and overall had a really good experience. The communication was clear, they answered my questions quickly, and the shipping was on time and discreet. The doll arrived safely and matched the description and photos perfectly. The quality and realism were better than I expected. You can tell they put effort into making sure customers are satisfied, and they handled everything professionally from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.

Very pleased with my purchase
I am a first time purchaser of a love doll. I did some research and found out there are reputable and not so reputable places to shop for a doll. I saw the reviews for Venus Love Dolls and so I placed an order. I’m happy I did! The customer service was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process, and sending verification photos. Once completed and shipped, they provided tracking information. Once it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the craftsmanship and detail goes into these dolls. When I’m looking to upgrade, I’ll be checking out Venus Love Dolls.

The product was very life like and real…
The product was very life like and real feeling- the only suggestion I have is either shipping it ready to go, or include instructions- maybe even a collector card with the doll’s name, along with a brochure offering other accessories. Overall the person we gifted it to is very happy!
