Appalling App - gave up after three attempts to use it. Its confusing, non intuitive and very user unfriendly. Can't believe Aer Lingus were pushing this and had priority lines for it - that always seemed empty! Goes to show......

I would love to give this a negative number of stars. Perhaps a black hole. I felt my brain had disappeared ove the event horizon after a couple of hours fighting with this app.It is unnecessarily complicated and appallingly badly written. Eventually, after getting a full complement of green ticks on the app, I still couldn't check in online for my BA flight and will have to go to the airport hours earlier than usual to check in at the desk. I've been using online checkin since it was invented - Verifly is a huge retrograde step.

Did all the work with no outcome! BA will not allow me to check in as says documents not verified although I have a pass that says “ready to travel”. Useless App wasting time when there are so many other admin stuff around travelling anyway.

VeriFLY has been a total disaster. Many wasted hours inputting data and waiting. When we finally completed it and thought we were finished, we had to do the same process for American and British Airways. And then we still couldn’t do an online check-in with BA. We got a message that we have an error but it doesn’t say what the error is. Totally useless apps.

If I could 0 stars then I would. Total waste of time and energy. Downloaded all my documents on verifly, covid vaccination, passenger locater form, covid day 2 booking.... for a flight from France to UK. All documents were verified and pass issued. Great I thought!!!! Day of checkin BA said I needed to download the app (already done) to upload all my documents (done already)......but again it continued to say by documents could not be verified EVEN THOUGH THE VERIFLY APP HAD CONFIRMED WE WERE READY TO TRAVEL!!! Do not waste your time, at the airport in both Marseille and Heathrow no staff even mentioned verifly!!!!!

By far this have to be the worst app I have ever used. For some reason as soon as you put your flight details into the app, you are no longer able to select a seat for free (you get what your given), or you pay for a one. If you dont have a seat number you can not fill in the passenger locator form, and you can not check-in if you don't fill in the passenger locator form. Twice this has happened to me, when I leave the uk and don't use this app I don't have the problem. I have to select a seat down to an illness, but BA are not interested. If I had a peanut allergy they would stop everyone on the flight from eating peanuts, I have a hidden disability and BA don't give a poo, and this app is a crock of it.

Brilliant. Worked smoothly for me for uploading docs and made check- in easy at LHR AND SFO. Only niggle was not being able to delete a traveller after my error.

Very badly set up application. A waste of time and patience - having two surnames (maiden and married) means that its impossible to use! I’m sure someone somewhere can make this more user friendly!
