One bulb arrived working OK but with small manufacturing defect; Verilux replaced it immediately, no extra charge.

Lighting
My father has AMD and he really appreciates the different level of lighting this lamp provides. Reading is much easier for him now that he is using this light source.

Nice light but wish it would last longer
It is a nice light but I was hoping it would last a couple of years instead of the 1.14 years per specs because it is quite expensive.
