I recently placed an order to replace a bulb for my Verilux lamp. Easy to order; no hassles; prompt service.

On-line ordering was easy. I don't choose to be involved with PayPal normally, but found that it was o.k. this time. (The reason being that I don't do very much ordering on-line - only by necessity.)

Have been using this product for years in two floor lamps. Always pleased. Am using one now, but suddenly the lamp went off. Don't know what the problem is.

I love the product and the benefits it gives me to help get through winter, but hated that I had to pay $30 (a THIRD of what my original lamp cost) to replace the bulbs. Additionally, it was VERY DIFFICULT to replace; I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with motor skill difficulties. It also took a long time to get to me, so I was without blue light in the middle of a long, hard New England winter, which was terrible timing.

I have used Verilux products over the years to ease the symptoms of depression that comes with winter. Their light boxes and bulbs for lamps are the best on the market. Their products are of good quality and last for many years. If you want superior lighting that imitates natural light, then this is the company to you want to meet your needs.
