My. initial purchase was damaged. There was a dent on the base of the lamp,though no dents on either boxes. The company is sending me another. I have had this lamp in the past.However, the. tube that connects to the base broke off and it could not be fixed. I like the lamp willing to try again Sincerely, Roberta Mayer Model VFo3
