Customer service is terrible. Took me hours to find somebody to help me with my questions.

They went door to door in my neighborhood looking for people to switch to their service. Associates were rude when I answered the door. I will never do business with them.

Terrible service, stay away from this company

Terrible customer service. The folks there are not interested in being helpful nor are they interested in keeping your business. After being a frustrated customer who switched over to them: Bad decision.

Very expensive compared to T-Mobile and service is not what it used to be. 10gb of data for $100/m?? Too much

Fail to resolve the error. Fail to provide follow-up. Verizon is a failure.

ROLL-OVER DATA: Verizon does roll over unused but has an expiration date if it is not used by the next billing cycle. ADDITIONAL 2GB OF DATA: Verizon will give you an additional of 2GB of data every month for a whole year. However if it is not used each month they will take it away. These are your data, so if you choose not to use it, they should not take them away, especially in this pandemic time.
