The only issue I had was getting the desk shipped to my work using my corporate credit card which bills to my home. It is understandable (and appreciated) that VersaDesk would want to verify that this was a proper charge given the two addresses. However, your process (fax) for that verification is very outdated. And the statement that if not validated within 24 hours that the order would be cancelled, is just bad business. Please fix this process.

The product came without a power cord!!! Before I purchased the cherry stain color, I called the company and asked clearly if the cherry stain was a similar color to most all cherry office furniture. They said yes. It arrived and the color isn’t even close. Very light AND the cherry stain comes off when wiped with a cloth. I made this purchase because it is advertised as made in the USA. The quality was bad. And the company’s response to satisfy me, has been poor, at best. I rate this zero stars!
