Hadieh from VeryApt was extremely helpful in my apartment search process. She followed up regularly and helped me stay on track throughout, and as a result I was able to secure a great apartment at a decent rent. I was looking for an apartment in Evanston but I was out of state in Boston, so she was very helpful in providing video tours of the apartments and the building amenities, giving me a complete feel of the building. She was able to answer all my questions - and I had many - and was very responsive. She was very prompt about letting me know about really good deals available in apartment buildings I was interested in and I appreciated that a lot. Thanks Hadieh! I would highly recommend her !

Great service from Hadieh, felt no pressure or rush to make a decision which made the entire search much more enjoyable! Roommate and I are very happy with the unique find and our current place in Chicago.

Hadieh is phenomenal! I contacted her from out of state and she set up appointments for me to look at apartments. She ended up knowing about many apartment's deals that I may not have known about otherwise. She is professional, on-time to all appointments, and super attentive overall. Thank you!

Hadieh was awesome! She helped my son and his roommate find the perfect apartment for college students in Chicago! Both guys live out state and needed help in finding something close to campus and transit- she was very patient with us and made the whole process a breeze!

Working with VeryApt has been an absolute pleasure! Hadieh went above and beyond in helping me to make sure I got the apartment that I wanted. I was based in Hong Kong which has a 13 hour time difference with Chicago - I would not have been able to do this without her help!

Hadieh was absolutely amazing in helping me find an apartment in the Chicago area. I was in a bit of a tricky situation - living outside of the U.S., not sure if I wanted/needed a roommate, and couldn't visit any of the apartments in person. Hadieh was so patient with me, regularly sent me updated videos and quotes, and ultimately was a great sounding board to help me find the perfect spot - all while we were on a 15 hour time zone difference! Thank you, Hadieh, for all of your help and guidance, I couldn't have done it confidently without you!

VeryApt did an amazing job of making the apartment-finding process as easy as possible for me. Julia, who helped me through their Concierge service, was able to find the very best apartments within my price range based on the factors I valued the most - she did a thorough search, set up tours, and even found move-in deals for me. The entire process from when I first contacted VeryApt to when I submitted my deposit with my dream building took only six days. If I ever have to move cities, I'll be sure to use them again!

My concierge, Hadieh, was great! She is knowledgeable about the Evanston area, and doesn't hesitate in offering candid advice. I appreciated her honesty, as well as willingness to answer all my questions patiently. She helped me secure an apartment that gave me the most bang for my buck and met all my needs. Bonus: she met with me in person when I was in the area and helped expedite the process of signing my lease by directly connecting us to the property manager. Thanks for your help, Hadieh!
